New York District Attorney Sandra Doorley evades the police
New York District Attorney Sandra Doorley refused to pull over, when a police officer tried to stop her for going 20 miles over the speed limit.
When the officer approached her at her home, she simply said
“I didn’t feel like pulling over”.
Doorley then argued with the officer, and seemed to expect special treatment, saying that she was stressed out over trying “murder cases”. The officer responded “you should know better”. This is an official who in that moment, clearly believed that she was above the law…and that’s not OK.
